摩拜单车改名叫美团单车 一个时代宣告落幕？

本月23日，美团联合创始人、高级副总裁王慧文发布内部信，宣布“摩拜单车”即将更名为“美团单车”，摩拜已经全面接入美团APP，并成立美团LBS平台单车事业部，由王慧文本人兼任事业部总经理。
此次摩拜单车的宣布更名，或许意味着曾经硝烟弥漫的共享单车“战国时代”终告落幕。
王慧文表示，在以后的国内市场上，美团APP将成为摩拜单车的唯一入口。我们打开美团APP界面，确实能看到已经新增了“骑单车”这一选项。

目前，“摩拜单车”APP仍然可以正常使用，但据了解，未来“摩拜单车”APP的用户将被“强制”迁移到美团APP中，由此将摩拜用户转化为美团用户。
据新浪财经消息，在王慧文的内部信件发布后，摩拜创始人、蔚来汽车董事长李斌回应此事称：“我给摩拜找了个好归宿，这已经不是我的主战场，在我这里早就翻篇了。当然我不认为这是个好的idea，但这是人家的权利。”

各位同事大家好，过去九个月，在各位的共同努力下，单车业务朝着精细化运营管理的方向健康发展。
为了更高效地协同，经过公司战略决策，单车业务将会进行以下调整：
一、刘禹因投身创业离开摩拜。衷心感谢刘禹在过去接近一年里为业务发展、组织建设所做出的贡献。
二、摩拜单车将成为美团LBS平台单车事业部，由我兼任单车事业部总经理。
三、为方便沟通，摩拜北京各办公区同学将在二月底搬迁至集团总部。
四、目前美团APP和摩拜APP均支持扫码骑车，未来摩拜单车品牌将更名为美团单车，美团APP将成为其国内唯一入口。
从现在开始，我们是一个更加紧密合作的团队，让我们纵情向前，共同“帮大家吃得更好，生活更好”。

【附】摩拜加入美团之后的相关时间线梳理
2018年4月4日，美团与摩拜联合宣布，已签署美团全资收购摩拜的协议。交易完成后，摩拜单车保持品牌和运营的独立。
10月30日，美团创始人兼CEO王兴通过内部信宣布上市后的首次架构调整：成立LBS平台，包含LBS服务、网约车、大公交、无人配送等部门，进一步增强LBS基础服务能力。LBS平台由王慧文负责。
11月27日，摩拜单车的运营主体公司北京摩拜科技有限公司完成股权变更，原股东胡玮炜、李斌、王晓峰、夏一平退出，王兴、穆荣均（美团点评联合创始人）成为新增自然人股东。其中，王兴持股95%，为第一大股东。
12月下旬，网传摩拜正进行大规模裁员，裁员比例高达30%。摩拜随后否认传闻，但承认正在进行岗位的调整和优化。
12月23日，摩拜单车创始人胡玮炜通过内部信宣布不再担任摩拜单车的CEO，摩拜CEO一职由刘禹接任。
2019年1月23日，王慧文通过内部信透露刘禹离职，摩拜单车将成为美团单车LBS平台单车事业部，由王慧文将担任单车事业部总经理。摩拜单车品牌将更名为美团单车。
